Very weird experience with Relocation services from Gurugram to Bangalore (May 2025). Although the packing and transport of household items was extremely outstanding, the staff failed to ensure transparency throughout the process. They will initially provide a bill stating that surcharge will not be included if we do not require reimbursements for claim however this would come as a surprise as a double amount at the time of final settlement. The process coordinator involved in my case (Meenakshi) was clever enough to communicate all these via whatsapp calls so that it could not be tracked/proved later.

While clarifying with Gurugam senior professional, this was never admitted by her and in turn the other professional was very rude.

The timeline of 4 days of transport was also not fulfilled, i received my goods only after 8+ days with no tracking ID(as agreed earlier)

Overall very weird experience, i would not myself avail it again or suggest the services to anyone else
